Will's wife Margaret has died, after giving birth to a daughter.  It's so very sad.

STOKEY--In this city, November 8, 1912.  Sarah Margaret Stokey, beloved wife of Captain William P. Stokey, a native of Alabama, aged 31 years.  (Los Angeles, Cal., papers please copy.)

Friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral services tomorrow (Monday), November 11, at 9:30 a. m., at Gray's chapel.  Geary and Devisadero streets.  Interment private.

So Margaret died on a Friday.

Maggie, as the daughter (very new - Thursday's child has far to go) of Margaret, should have been included in the notice, but I guess it was hard to remember that.
