1. Given that the address on the postcard is Fort McPherson, I guess they haven't found a place to live since Will was transferred to Atlanta from Cincinnati earlier in the year. (I've got confirmation of this in some slightly later document that I've uploaded. Shouldn't be too hard to find.)
