Idle question: if you're still a cadet at West Point at the time the Register comes out - say, Class of 1902 - do you get included?

1.
BREVET-MAJOR-GENERAL GEORGE W. CULLUM
As noted in the pages for the other Biographical Register pages, Wikipedia says:
George Washington Cullum (25 February 1809 – 28 February 1892) was an American soldier, engineer and writer. He worked as the supervising engineer on the building and repair of many fortifications across the country. Cullum served as a general in the Union Army during the American Civil War, primarily in the Western Theater and served as the 16th WiSuperintendent of the United States Military Academy.
2.
EDWARD S. HOLDEN, M.A., Sc.D., LL.D.
Wikipedia says:
Edward Singleton Holden (November 5, 1846 – March 16, 1914)[1] was an American astronomer and the fifth president of the University of California.
and:
In 1901, Holden became the librarian of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where he remained until his death. He was buried at the West Point Cemetery on March 18, 1914.
3.
CAMBRIDGE
Printed at The Riverside Press
1901
There's a nice little history of The Riverside Press here:
https://historycambridge.org/industry/riversidepress.html
As for the 1901, the supplements for the next two decades were published in 1910 and 1920, and I don't know what the hold-up was in 1900.
4.
Class Rank 15
I count 58 class members in the West Point yearbook. I was looking at page 14, which I included in:
WILL'S COLLEGE YEARBOOK
So Will was about a quarter of the way down. Not bad!
5.
Cadet at the U.S.M.A. from June 18, 1896 to June 13, 1900
Will's letter of appointment
1896-03-28 LETTER OF APPOINTMENT OF WILL TO WEST POINT
says:
Should you desire the appointment, you will report in person to the Superintendent of the Academy on the 13th day of June 1896, before 4 o’clock P.M. for examination.
So he was to arrive at West Point on June 13, 1896, but he didn't become official until June 18. Maybe the examinations of all the candidates took a few days?
