Barbara says: "One of my summers with Aunt Eva, and I really think it was the second one, when Kay and the three cousins were there for an extended stay and I believe it was Aunt Kay who said it – someone mentioned that there was a picture of Frank Evans at the top of the box of photos under Aunt Eva’s bed.  I wish I had had the nerve then to ask her to show it to me.  Or even had the nerve to sneak in and look at it when she wasn’t around but I never did – I guess I figured I’d be caught somehow.  But, and I’ve wondered this before today, I wonder if one of the unidentified gentlemen in the photos I scanned is that photo??  Certainly a possibility, and a mystery to be solved."

I don't see any way to find out what Frank looked like, alas.  But perhaps I should have more faith in Barbara's research skills.
