Can’t say how glad I am to hear of your success. It was well deserved, and I always affirm that the B.A. is much stiffer than the B.Sc. Father has written me and is ever so proud and happy. Well! You’ll see him soon. Am back on shop hours so time for letters is limited. Love to Mother + Ruth + yourself.

You can take the boy out of the UK but you can't take the UK out of the boy. Kathleen didn't finish her BA until the last half of 1909 and anyway the postmark says December, so Cecil is writing the date the English way: day-month-year.
I like how he addresses the postcard to "Miss Kathleen Farmer B.A."
And the picture he chose is very Cecil.
