None of the Five Stokey Siblings are left. Their five children of the next generation were still alive at the beginning of the 1980s.
In the summers in Woods Hole, Glady continued to hold Saturday night picnics continued at Vagabond House until she died in 1988.
In the next generation of the Stokeys, Maggie and Roger died in the 1980s, and Bill and Kay died in the first decade of the 21st century. As of 2023, we still have AG. (Hi, AG!) I think there are now 16 grandchildren of the Five Stokey Siblings, and 14 great-grandchildren - but that's a quick count. Need to check. Also I want to track down an email from a cousin wondering why our generation was so unprolific. My thought was: Well, maybe that's normal for Stokeys. The Five Stokey Siblings just barely managed to produce five children. Maybe it's The Next Generation - Maggie, Bill, Kay, Roger, and AG - who were abnormal in producing over triple their number in offspring.
