Kathleen and Ruth have travelled from their home with their parents in Savannah to visit their brother Cecil in Pennsylvania, and to meet his fiancée, Jessie:

There are ever so many houses of this style here.  The lawns are just beautiful.  We use this street going from E. Liberty to Wilkinsburg.  Some of them have such beautiful flower beds and everything is kept in perfect order.

September 4, 1912, the date of the postmark was a Wednesday, which fits with the written-on-Monday-posted-on-Wednesday part of the message.

We use this street going from E. Liberty to Wilkinsburg.
Wilkinsburg is where Cecil lived.  Maybe East Liberty is where Cecil's Westinghouse job was located?  I googled, but didn't get anything, so probably not.

The message is signed "K + R", but I think the handwriting is Kathleen's.  The postcard is addressed to Annie, but of course they expected their father to read it as well.
