Prof. Emeritus Alma Stokey of Dickinson House has been entertaining her sister, Miss Eva Stokey of Atlanta, Ga.  They attended Miss Alma Stokey's 60th year reunion at Oberlin College, Ohio.  They left today to spend the summer at Woods Hole.

I don't know who gave this tidbit to the Holyoke Transcript-Telegram society editor, but it couldn't have been either Alma or Eva.  Eva was Eva Stokey Evans, and proud of the fact that she had managed to snag a husband, even if only briefly.

2.
​I wonder what means of transportation Alma and Eva used to get to Oberlin.  Plane or car?  And did they take a detour to visit Laura in Canton?  I wonder if Barbara remembers anything about it.

Later note: I think they drove, and picked up Barbara in Pittsburgh on the way back, because she was going to be helping them that summer at Fernbank.
