The file name of the scan for this picture is: "prob. Grandma Margaret Provines Stokey' - J.S. Young studio, Steubenville, OH" . So, probably but not definitely. But we know there was a picture somewhere of Mama Margaret when she was young, and I think this must be it. Compare it to the 1909 Truro picture below.

Will took this picture of Mama Margaret, sometime before 1910. Is that a piano to the left of the fireplace?

Truro on Cape Cod. where Alma rented a cottage in 1909. Will, the first of the Five Stokey Siblings, is front left, and Mama Margaret is front right. Mama Margaret doesn't look too happy, but she had a wonderful time in Truro. If Will had been taking the picture, he would have gotten her to smile.
