Mama Margaret
Here we have Margaret Provines Stokey, the mother of the Five Stokey Siblings - Mama Margaret. I like to think that this photograph was taken about the time of her wedding to Papa Charles in December of 1874. I found on the internet a painting from the early 1870s that has a dress with a collar and ruffles like what this dress has. If you're interested, try searching for "Berthe Morisot the pink dress".
Disclaimer: I don't have a definite identification of this picture as Mama Margaret, but it looks like her. The file name of the scan for this picture is: "prob. Grandma Margaret Provines Stokey' - J.S. Young studio, Steubenville, OH" . I assume that it was Kay who originally labeled it. In 1958, Alma (Stokey Sibling #2) received for Christmas some prints of a photograph of her mother when she was young. I strongly suspect that this was the picture in question.

1875-6 William Provines Stokey, the eldest of the Five Stokey Siblings, in a photography studio in Mt. Union, Ohio, Will's birthplace. I hope the photography studio was well-heated.
