Nurse Becomes Bride of Former Lt. Commander
Grace Helena Parks of 1911 Fairview Ave., Easton, daughter of Mrs. Frederick Parks of Oxford, N.J., and the late Mr. Parks, was married Saturday in the parsonage of the First Methodist church, Easton, to William Farmer Stokey, son of Colonel F. Stokey, U.S. Army, retired, of Atlanta, Ga., and the late Mrs. Stokey. Rev. J. Vincent Watchorn performed the ceremony The couple was unattended.
The bride is a graduate of Easton Hospital Nursing School and did post-grdauate work in anesthesia. She has been anesthetist at the Presbyterian hospital, Newark, N.J.
Mr. Stokey was graduated from Georgia School of Technology and served for five years in the Navy with the rank of lieutenant commander. He plans to do post-graduate work in engineering.

The wedding was a small one, as indicated by the fact that they were married in the parsonage. So none of Bill's family were there.
