An Easter postcard to Will's future second wife Kathleen Farmer, age 16, in London, from her father, William J. Farmer, who is in Savannah, Georgia.

WJ Farmer is managing the Savannah, Georgia branch of his company's naval stores while, back home in England, his wife Annie takes care of his three children as they complete their education. But despite the Atlantic Ocean between WJ and his family, they are still close.

Easter 1905 was April 23, so conceivably this postcard arrived in time.
I don't know if WJ also sent postcards to Kathleen's mother and to her sister and brother. It's possible he sent one only to Kathleen because on some postcard or other to her someone comments on her postcard collection. And I daresay there were full letters sent that we don't have, because the postcards are what Kathleen saved for her collection.
