This will be added to as I learn more. I wish I had more now!
I plan to do timelines for all 12 major characters (5 siblings, 2 parents, and 5 spouses) on this website and maybe more, and then take the important events and put them together for an overview timeline. So far I've done Will, Alma, Fred, Laura, Eva, Mama Margaret, Papa Charles, and Will's wife Margaret.

1881
- January 29: Laura Euphemia Stokey is born at 4:20 pm, at 140 W. 8th St., Canton, Ohio. Papa Charles says: "Mod. cold, Snowing; 6 ins. on ground."
- February: Laura is authorized to teach in Stark county schools.
- (Year approximate) Laura attends the Deaconess School in Washington DC
- August: Laura is apparently working as a nurse in the Aultman hospital in Canton.
- September: Laura gets some time off, and goes to see the Hanlin cousins in Steubenville, Ohio.
- October: Laura goes to St. Louis, Missouri, to do Travelers Aid work with Deaconess.
- Laura goes home to her family, now located in Oberlin, for several weeks. She is sick with tonsillitis.
- June 1: Laura graduates from osteopath school in Missouri. (No idea when she started.)
- Summer: Laura moves back to the Canton area.
- Summer: Laura apparently visits Hicks relatives in Ionia, Michigan.
- Summer: Laura's friend Mary Hicksville checks up on Eva's fiancé Frank Evans in New York City.
- December: Laura takes the Ohio state osteopath exams in Columbus - four days of exams.
- January 6: Announcement that Laura has passed the Ohio state osteopath exams.
- Summer: Mama Margaret comes for a long visit with Laura, who treats her for some ill - leg maybe?
- Laura notifies Papa Charles of the death of Will's wife Margaret.
- March: Mama Margaret is worried that Laura may be sick from overwork.
- Laura moves her office, from one Canton to address to another. This is the only move that I know of, but there were probably more.
- January: Papa Charles dies, and Laura holds a service for him in her house.
- April (date approximate) Laura's car suffers a mishap from a team runaway horses.
- June: Fred travels to Ohio, visiting Oberlin College, Will and Kathleen and his mother in Cincinnati, and Laura in Canton.
- December: Will can't get leave for Christmas because of World War I, so all five of the siblings, including Laura, celebrate at Will's and Kathleen's house in Cincinnati.
- Spring: Mama Margaret visits Laura in Canton, and tells Eva: "She is not real well yet."
- August: Laura passes the news on to the rest of the family that Mama Margaret's sister Aunt Sallie Provines Ballard has died.
- May: Mama Margaret dies in Cincinnati and is buried in Canton
- Laura apparently suffers some unspecified illness mentioned by Aunt Rebecca Provines Taggart
- August: Laura visits Woods Hole, seeing all of her siblings and her latest sister-in-law, Sibyl.
- Laura sends out the word that Uncle John Provines has died.
- Alma and Eva drive out to visit friends and relatives in the Pittsburgh area and in Ohio. Laura apparently goes to meet them in the Pittsburgh area.
- January: Cousin Gazella Hicks notes in letter to Alma that Laura is having health issues, and is or has been so sick that she couldn't take care of her patients. Gazella says the last address she has for Laura is 404 5th Street N.E. Canton Ohio.
- January: Will's younger daughter Kathleen is married in Cambridge. Fred, Alma, Laura, and Eva attend. Laura and Alma stay in Boston with Miss Florence Gould.
- Will's son Roger and his family are in Pittsburgh for a wedding, and plan to go see Laura, but don't go because Laura isn't well enough.
- January 9: Laura dies.
