GLADY'S PICNIC TABLECLOTH: COLUMN 8: ~INTRODUCTION~---names in this column---images---links----site navigation
In this and the surrounding 16 pages, I give close-up images of each square of the tablecloth. I've done it by column so that you can scroll down and see the descent from top to bottom.
The square identifiers give the row (that's the letter, A through F) and the column number of each square. For example, Square D-13 would be that square that is the fourth row down and the 13th from the left. So all the squares in this page for column 8 end in -08.
The image captions give the names that are in each square. I've copy-and-pasted the captions into the NAMES IN THIS COLUMN section, without double-checking for errors or omissions. The double-checking is on my list of Thing To Do. Don't hold your breath waiting for it.
I've collected all the lists of names into the following page:
An additional note for columns 6, 7, and 8: There were no close-ups that I can find for the top square of 6 and the top 2 squares of 7 and 8. Five squares missing out of 102 isn't so bad, but I think my father's around one of those squares, so I keep hoping that someday I'll be able to see the tablecloth - the real thing - again, and take pictures.
If you can find close-ups in Fred's photographs, do email me!
