Clara V. Jones
Clara V. Jones, 93, who had taught school 15 years in Illinois and 27 years in New Rochelle, N.Y., until retiring in 1949, died Tuesday in her home, 2101 E. Maryland.
Miss Jones was a member of the national and New York Retired Teachers Associations. Born in Henry, Ill., she came to Phoenix in 1967 from New York City.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Mrs. Paul C. Jones.
Private cremation was arranged by A. L. Moore & Sons Mortuary.
