Former Atlantan Returns for Visit
A popular former Atlantan in the city is Mrs. Ernest Lundeen, of Portland, Ore., who with her small daughter, Ellen, arrived last week to be the guest of Mr. and Mrs. John F. Echols, on E. Wesley Road.
En route to Atlanta, Mrs. Lundeen visited her father, Col. William P. Stokey, and her aunt, Mrs. E. S. Evans, who are spending the season at their Summer home at Woods Hole, Mass. They will return to Atlanta in the Autumn, and will open their home on Rockmont Drive.
Mrs. Lundeen is the former Miss Kathleen Stokey, who grew up and attended school in Atlanta.

Mr. and Mrs. Echols must be the parents of Kay's good friend Nell Echols Burks. I hope that Nell was visiting her parents at the same time.

No indication here of Will's failing health. Ellen was born in 1950, though I don't know the exact date. I'm glad that Will got to see another grandchild before he died.
