Were either or both of Kay's parents there to see her receive her diploma? It's so frustrating that I could have asked Aunt Kay before she died, and I never did!

Miss Kathleen Stokey, daughter of Col and Mrs. W. P. Stokey, 624 Rockmont Drive, Atlanta, is among the seniors who will be graduated with honors Wednesday from Radcliffe College, Cambridge, Mass. She will receive a bachelor of arts degree, cum laude.

Radcliffe is, of course, the women's division of Harvard College. At that time the men's and women's classes were still held separately.
In the fall, Kay went on to journalism school at Columbia, but she did come back to Radcliffe in the fall to visit. That was the fall that my parents met at Harvard. Kay later recalled that during her visit, everyone asked her, "Have you met Edie?"
