Colonel and Mrs. William P. Stokey and children, Mary, Billy, Kathleen and Roger, have taken possession of their new home on Rockmont Drive.
They got Maggie/Margaret's name wrong, but so it goes.

Kathleen's mother, Annie, was by now living with Will and Kathleen.  She isn't mentioned in the item, but I'm adding this to her documents anyway.  Also, I wonder about the money aspect of this.  There would have been money from the sale of the Savannah house, and I think Ruth probably had some money from her father - either via will or trust - and I don't know where it would have ended up.

The old house was at 334 Eighth Street.  Will and Kathleen had bought it in 1923:
The new house was at 624 Rockmont Drive, and had (my mother told me) a separate building for the maid.  Here's a Google map showing the old house and the new house.

I wonder if one of the things they were looking for in a house was "a nice big living room for entertaining".  See:
