Colonel William P. Stokey, officer in charge of Cincinnati District No. 2, Corps of Engineers, is rejoicing over the arrival yesterday at his home, 2206 Highland avenue, of a baby boy. Mrs. Stokey and the child are reported to be getting along finely. This is the fourth child in the Stokey family.
