Papa Charles seems to be a sufficiently known figure around Canton so that they didn't bother to mention his first name.

APRIL WIND HAD A HIGH OLD TIME
Mischievous Breezes Made Trouble in Many Parts of Canton.
A number of trifling incidents at various points about the city have been reported as the result of Saturday's high winds. Wires of the Stark and Central Union telephones were the principal sufferers. About 30 phones of both companies were out of business over Saturday on account of wires blown down by winds and crossed up with electric light wires.
Postal telegraph lines in all parts of the county were in trouble and communication was much interfered with. The Western Union, also, was affected, mainly between Canton and Cleveland. A glass case valued at $50 which stood in front of a men's furnishings store was blown over Saturday afternoon and wrecked.
Weather Observer Stokey reported a wind velocity during Saturday of from 40 to 50 miles an hour, with a considerable fall in temperature.
