It's eight months since Mama Margaret filed for divorce. She must hate having it still not settled.

JUDGE M'CARTY'S COURT.
Only a Few Minor Cases Were Disposed of in Common Pleas Court Friday.
In Judge McCarty's court Friday forenoon there were a few cases disposed of.
The case of Graber vs. Sholter was settled.
A decree for the plaintiff was granted in the case of Smith vs. Pierson.
A decree in foreclosure was issued in the case of the Savings and Loan company vs. Numan et al.
The case of Decker vs. Glessner was settled and that of Stokey vs. Stokey is in course of settlement.
Nothing was ready for hearing in the afternoon, though Judge McCarty was present and ready to hear anything that might be presented.
