County Board of Examiners, Sarver, Siler and Guthrie, met at the High school, Saturday afternoon, and issued certificates to the following named teachers in Stark county. Skeels, S. H. Welsch, Chas. L. Whitman, Emma F. Armbrest, Adelaide M. Beck, Zelma Bowman, Nellie M. Breece, Jessie V. Buxer, Vest Muskopf, Jennie C. Myers, Ada Powell, Gardie F.
