Ohio Boys for West Point.
Washington, April 2. -- (Special) -- Three Ohio boys were today appointed cadets at West Point by the president. They are William C. Gillmore of Lorain, with Earl H. Noel of Ashland as alternate; Herman W. Albery of Columbus and William P. Stokey of Canton.

The president at this time was Grover Cleveland.

They are William C. Gillmore of Lorain, with Earl H. Noel of Ashland as alternate; Herman W. Albery of Columbus and William P. Stokey of Canton.
So none of the other guys who took the physical examination back in June of 1895 got appointed.
