These are the good old days. Papa Charles and Mama Margaret are approaching their third wedding anniversary. They are about to celebrate the second birthday of their son Will, and they have a four-and-a-half month old daughter, Alma, who is probably already showing signs of a vigorous personality. Papa Charles is a principal (or something) in the Canton school system. He may or may not have already been appointed as a government weather observer. The future looks bright and happy for the Stokey family.
